The McDermott Aviation Group have unveiled their recently delivered C-160 Transall, VH-TIT, at Townsville Airport in its new livery by Flying Colours Aviation.
The former German Air Force (50+55) aircraft will be operated by McDermott Aviation in an aerial firefighting role equipped with a 14,000 liter internal tank.
A second C-160 Transall, VH-RPR, is currently at Townsville for painting, while a third is due to arrive in Australia in the coming months.
